Three characteristics of happy education
"Happy education" emphasizes students' sense of happiness, weakens the tendency of "exam first" and "utilitarianism" in traditional education, encourages students to learn independently, find and solve problems, and emphasizes the freedom, openness and diversity of learning, rather than teaching nothing.

Autonomous learning

Happy education should pay attention to the systematization and coherence of knowledge, and stimulate students' interest in learning and self-learning ability by letting them learn independently, so as to learn knowledge more efficiently and achieve better results.

Individualized education

Happy education should pay attention to students' personalized education, help students find their own potential and advantages, tap students' characteristics, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and let students feel the improvement of their self-worth in learning.

Standardize education

Happy education should avoid "willfulness" and be standardized. Education needs proper norms, including making reasonable curriculum arrangements, setting appropriate examination forms, establishing effective evaluation standards and so on. Education should not simply let students go, but should find a balance between students' autonomy and standardization.
