In the spring of 20 18, I was fortunate to join the "narrator" teacher professional development community initiated by Mr. Wang. In this high-energy team, a group of diligent, thoughtful and narrative-loving teachers have been walking on the road of reading and writing. Under their influence and encouragement, I successfully started my own way of reading and writing growth. During group reading and traveling together, Wang Yin's imitation teacher recommended Carol Dwek, a professor of psychology at Stanford University, for her classic work Lifelong Growth. The book focuses on the growth thinking mode, which teaches me how to acquire the ability of lifelong growth and makes me firmly believe that only growth can make me a better teacher. Teacher Wang Hongmei led us to read The Incredible Brain of Teenagers. In the book, I learned how to follow the growth law of students, how to develop their potential and help them become the best themselves ... In four years, I gradually challenged the 800-word narrative article to the 1500-word educational narrative, and used educational narrative to describe education; In the past four years, I have insisted on stimulating students' inner growth motivation with my passion for growth, and guiding students to improve their literacy with my accumulation of reading and writing, so that every student can love writing and growth as much as I do; In the past four years, with a growing heart, I have been strict with myself, tempering myself with a reading and writing goal of not less than 50,000 words per year, so that this heartfelt growth demand has become the most proud thing in my life.
Second, chasing the growth of light, so that career development has a "name" to follow.
In March 2022, I was lucky enough to be selected as a candidate for the second phase of the "Three Talents" project in lanshan district. For me, the title of "three talents" is not only a heavy recognition, but also a warm and timely encouragement on my growth path.
May 20th, 2022 is a special day. From this day on, I no longer took part in the training in the name of the person in charge of teacher training, but officially participated in the training activities in the name of "three-job candidate" for the first time. I am very excited. I recorded every expert lecture for fear of missing a sentence during the training. During the one-and-a-half-day training activities on the theme of reading, writing and research, I organized the "three" candidates, the new teachers of 202 1 and 2020, the key teachers of the project, the key members of the reading and research team, and the leaders who applied for reading and research to participate in the study on time. At the same time, according to the theme guidance of the three experts, I constantly searched for my own shortcomings, reflected on my educational behavior, and made a "name" for my career planning.
Third, special growth, opening a window of "reading and writing research".
This special training on reading, writing and research is divided into three themes: improving teachers' reading ability, expressing teaching experience and researching educational topics. Three precise training courses have opened a window for me to "read, write and research", which has made me more clearly understand the relationship between reading, writing and research, and more clearly defined the N possibilities for the development of reading, writing and research.
The best time to plant a tree is ten years ago, followed by now. Professor Wu Xinxin, a researcher at the College of Literature of Beijing Normal University and deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Teaching Committee of China Education Association, gave a special report on the theme of "Improving teachers' reading ability: paths and strategies". Professor Wu made a detailed analysis of professional reading from three aspects: why to do professional reading, what is professional reading and how to do it. As for professional reading, she suggested that everyone read "hard reading" books, pursue in-depth understanding and deliberately talk. Only dry fishing reading can touch the deep water source and let professional reading promote professional development.
Happy are those who are interested in research. Feng Weidong, a special-grade teacher and full-time senior teacher in Jiangsu Province and vice-president of Nantong Teachers College, gave a report on the theme of "Making" Good Lessons into Good Works —— Talking about the Teaching of Thesis Writing Based on Cases ". Dean Feng found an analogy from a case and pointed out that writing is a way of compulsory reading and a kind of construction. To write well, we must put the thought experiment into practice, teach it brilliantly, and the practice of combining knowledge with practice is the most ideal learning state.
If you can say one, two or three questions, you may get eighty or ninety when you start writing. Wu Xiangdong, the first batch of experts from the National Training Program of the Ministry of Education, the host of the workshop for famous teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province, and a researcher from the Teacher Development Center in Longgang District, Shenzhen, made a special report on "How to become a research-oriented teacher-talking about research methods and strategies", and elaborated on three research methods commonly used by teachers in detail, which opened my mind and perspective on the topic selection and gave me a more comprehensive understanding of the subject research.
Fourth, firm growth and deepening the professional development of "private plots".
The three expert trainings have distinct themes and appropriate strategies, which have given me a clearer context for reading, writing and research, and also strengthened my future development direction for reading and writing research:
1. Sow the seeds of reading in the "private plot" of professional development. Insist on reading every day, at least one hour a day, earnestly practice the "five ones" action in the district, insist on reading 1-2 books every month, use other people's wisdom to boost themselves, consciously and actively improve their reading training ability, and make reading a way of life.
2. Watering narrative flowers in the "private plot" of professional development. Continue to write an educational narrative of not less than 1000 words every week, reflect on your educational behavior with educational narrative, constantly revise your educational cognition, gradually form your own teaching ideas, and let writing build your own educational life.
3. Catch up with the "scientific research fertilizer" in the "private plot" of professional development. Continue to devote themselves to teaching practice, actively explore topic research, often read topic research books, participate in topic research training, improve their teaching and research ability with three years of topic research, and make topic research come from and serve education.
Growth is a belief, and it is the pride and satisfaction of butterflies losing their green wings in the sun. Only when you grow up can you be a bright self-builder and shine the most beautiful light in your life. I hope I can make progress towards "fame" in three years of training and study, follow the light, shed every drop of sweat, and cultivate the "private land" for professional growth on the road of reading, writing and research.
