When a self-taught candidate obtains a graduation certificate, the Municipal Self-taught Office will send your self-taught graduation certificate and student status file to the candidate. Candidates should keep their student status files and be responsible for any loss.
Self-taught candidates who have already worked have work units, and the work units have personnel archives departments. Self-taught graduates can put the self-taught student status files in their own units.
For self-taught graduates who have not yet worked, the original student status file can be stored in the sub-district office, local police station, or talent exchange center and other departments with the right to store personnel files for safekeeping, together with my personal files. Don't take it yourself. The student status file is a part of the personnel file, and it will be very troublesome to lose it.
