About less than 10% of soldiers can work in the army until they retire, such as officers above the deputy division level or first-class master sergeant. After graduating from a military school, you need to serve for at least 8 years, that is, 8 years from graduation to the first command of the army. You can apply for changing jobs after eight years, and the army will arrange work.
But if you are under eight years old, you can only apply for rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is subject to disciplinary action. After eight years, even if you don't want to change jobs, you won't arrange jobs and seek self-employment. You can't stay in the army all your life. If there is no room for promotion in the future, you will still ask for a job change before you get to a certain level.
However, the regulations can't keep up with the plan, and the plan can't keep up with the changes. When necessary, for example, the navy has built a new warship, the border situation is tense, and the troops need to keep peace. As the saying goes, it is called an emergency recall. At that time, the plan for changing jobs may change.
