At the same time meet the following conditions can apply for housing subsidies:
1, bachelor degree to apply for housing subsidies, there are requirements of "double first-class" institutions (double first-class institutions shall be subject to the list published annually by the Institute of Higher Education of Shanghai Jiaotong University);
2. Doctoral education is required to be under 35 years old;
Graduated after 3.20 1 7 65438+1October1,and settled in Zhengzhou within 3 years after graduation or did not move out;
4. Need to buy a house in Zhengzhou for the first time, the purchase contract has been filed, pay taxes according to regulations, and obtain tax payment vouchers.
The following materials shall be submitted when applying for housing subsidies for young talents for the first time:
1, application form for the first-time housing subsidy for young talents in Zhengzhou;
2, I and family members (spouse and minor children) identity cards, household registration books and other family relations materials;
3. Undergraduate graduates are required to provide the original diploma and degree certificate;
4. Registered purchase contract and tax payment certificate.
Legal basis: Article 61 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Urban Real Estate Management shall apply to the land administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level for registration, and the land administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall verify it, and the people's government at the same level shall issue a land use right certificate.
If a house is built on the land for real estate development obtained according to law, it shall apply to the real estate management department of the local people's government at or above the county level for registration with the certificate of land use right, and the real estate management department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall verify and issue the certificate of ownership of the house.
When real estate is transferred or changed, it shall apply to the real estate management department of the local people's government at or above the county level for registration of change of real estate, and apply to the land management department of the people's government at the same level for registration of change of land use right on the basis of the changed house ownership certificate. After verification by the land administration department of the people's government at the same level, the land use right certificate shall be replaced or changed by the people's government at the same level.
If it is otherwise provided by law, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws.
