Recently, I read Wang Xiaochun's book "Where Does Educational Wisdom Come from?" This book mainly uses case analysis to explain educational methods and educational wisdom. In the process of reading these cases, I found that many cases are often encountered in our daily education and teaching life, which provides some ideas for the solution of education and teaching cases at work.

How to enter the world of children, I saw such a word in the book-empathy. It's not strange, but it is so strange. It awakened my sleeping soul, made me suddenly enlightened, and made me constantly imagine: If I am a student, what do I need most? What would I do if I were a student?

Empathy makes me understand that more understanding, more tolerance, more patience and waiting will lead to more educational methods and make students happier. Empathy makes me unconsciously walk into students' hearts, feel their joys and sorrows, and feel their delicate, transparent and colorful spiritual world. Empathy has become a barrier-free channel for me to communicate with students at zero distance. Every student has his own unique personality and dignity, as well as his own thoughts, feelings and needs. Everyone has a heart of self-esteem, and so do students.

Education is a science, which contains a lot of wisdom.
