Clinical nursing specialists (CNS) usually refer to nursing talents with high nursing level in specific fields. They accelerate the development of nursing by offering courses, implementing clinical nursing and consulting. The setting of specialized nursing courses can improve the nursing effect, shorten the hospitalization time of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications, which has been fully affirmed in clinic. As an important standard for evaluating nursing work, the evaluation system of nursing experts needs to be effectively constructed and implemented. Taking 20 pediatric nursing experts as the research object, this paper analyzes the importance of curriculum setting and evaluation index system construction of pediatric clinical nursing experts, and the results are reported as follows:

1 objects and methods

1. 1 object

20 pediatric nursing experts, including pediatric clinical nursing, pediatric nursing management and pediatric medicine experts. Set up a consulting expert group, experts have more than ten years of work experience in this field, college degree or above, deputy senior technical title or above.

3 discussion

With the development of medical level, people pay more and more attention to the quality of nursing, especially pediatric nursing. Patients have more acute onset, younger age and lower perception. Ignoring clinical nursing will cause unexpected and irreparable losses to patients' families and hospitals. In recent years, pediatric clinical nursing experts began to appear. As the authority of pediatric clinical nursing, its professional quality and clinical skills have been significantly improved compared with ordinary care. Nursing experts refer to nursing talents with high nursing level in a special field, which can be improved by offering courses and implementing clinical nursing [1]. Pediatric clinical nursing experts are the authoritative personnel of pediatric clinical nursing, and should have a high level of specialized nursing knowledge and professional skills, be able to discover the potential dangers of pediatric patients in clinical work in time, solve complex nursing problems in clinical practice through discussion, and effectively improve the quality of nursing through unity and cooperation with medical staff [2]. Through questionnaire survey, this study found that pediatric clinical nursing, pediatric nursing management and pediatric medical experts have basically the same understanding of the curriculum of pediatric clinical nursing specialty. According to the relevant experience at home and abroad, the curriculum is mainly specialized courses, such as pediatric nursing, pediatric surgical nursing, infant condition observation, infant emergency nursing and so on. It shows that pediatric clinical nursing experts in China should take pediatric professional nursing knowledge and professional skills as important evaluation indicators in an important evaluation system. The most basic and important professional quality in pediatric clinical nursing is clinical practical skills, which can not only be used as the professional characteristics of clinical nursing experts, but also be the support of curriculum teaching, nursing education and nursing management. The evaluation indexes of pediatric clinical nursing experts also include nursing management ability, scientific research ability and educational ability, so clinical nursing experts should not only solve complex nursing problems and improve nursing quality, but also undertake certain scientific research tasks and health knowledge propaganda tasks. Pediatric professional courses generally include pediatric nursing, infant condition observation, infant emergency nursing, pediatric nursing diagnostics, pediatric surgical nursing, and child health assessment. In addition, other courses should be set up reasonably according to the characteristics of professional teaching, the teaching of expert courses should be strengthened, and a good evaluation index system should be constructed to better promote the development of clinical nursing. Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this paper shows that the curriculum of pediatric clinical nursing specialty is of great significance, and experts agree that professional quality is an important evaluation index in the evaluation index system, which has important guiding significance for the construction of the evaluation index system. Therefore, China should attach importance to the construction of curriculum system and evaluation index system of pediatric clinical nursing experts, strengthen the professional quality and comprehensive quality of nursing experts, and improve the overall nursing level [3].

Fan Wener: Analysis of the influence of nursing intervention on the safety of pediatric clinical medication

Objective To explore the effect of pediatric patients receiving clinical medication safety nursing. Methods 1200 children who received medication in our hospital from April 2006 to February 2004 were selected as the experimental group, and nursing intervention was given to the children and their families. In addition, 1200 patients hospitalized in the same period were set as the routine medication nursing control group. There was no significant difference in age, sex and diseases between the two groups (P & gt0.05). Fully investigate the medication knowledge and nursing satisfaction of children and their families, and make records. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group has obvious advantages in mastering medication knowledge and nursing satisfaction of children and their families. Conclusion Strengthening nurses' awareness of relevant safety responsibilities, conducting daily training, carrying out systematic and responsible management, and correctly applying rational drug use safety nursing intervention to children can promote children and their families to master drug use knowledge, improve nursing satisfaction, and achieve better and more ideal treatment effects.

Key words: clinical medication; Drug safety; Pediatrics; Nursing intervention

Rational drug treatment for children is the focus of pediatric nursing. For drugs used in clinic, on the one hand, we should ensure the actual curative effect, on the other hand, we should ensure the rationality and safety, because these factors are closely related to children's health. Judging from the author's practical work experience, a considerable number of children are relatively mild and can be cured only by receiving medical treatment. This has become a common treatment in pediatrics, and the recovery of children's diseases depends on correct medication. Ensuring the safety of drugs is a great guarantee to ensure the health and safety of children. If there is improper medication in clinic, it will pose a threat to children's health. Rational drug use plays a role in treating diseases and saving lives, while unreasonable drug use will have adverse effects on people who treat diseases. At present, nurses are the direct executors and observers of drug therapy. Therefore, care should be careful enough, and every detail should be careful. The quality of nursing work is directly related to the effect of drug treatment for children, and nurses are always in the front line in the whole process. This paper analyzes the role of nursing intervention in pediatric clinical medication, and now the experimental report is as follows.

1 general information

A total of 1200 pediatric patients who received medication in our hospital from April 38, 2006 to February 2004 were selected as the experimental group, including 687 males and 5 females. There are 478 children under the age of L, 450 children under the age of L-5 and 272 children under the age of 5- 12, with an average age of 6.8 years. In addition, 1200 patients admitted in the same period were set as the control group. There is no significant difference in age, sex and disease between the two groups.

Two methods

Nursing intervention was carried out for children and their families, and investigation records were made to understand their medication knowledge and nursing satisfaction.

2. 1 Strengthen the popularization of medication knowledge for children and their families.

To sum up the characteristics of children and common diseases of children, small posters can be posted in some positions in the ward, mainly involving commonly used drugs in pediatrics, drug usage and dosage, common knowledge of drug use and taboo foods. For pediatric patients, we can use humorous language and some cartoon characters on posters. Every day, the nurse in charge must be responsible for the work. Before each administration, you should patiently explain the basic information of the drug to the children and their families. These requirements are easy to understand, welcome and avoid complications. In order to improve work efficiency, children and their families can be divided into different groups according to specific diseases, and then each group can be explained in a centralized way to achieve the purpose of short-term and multi-effect, so that children and their families can learn as much relevant knowledge as possible in a short time. In addition, nurses should pay special attention to the time of taking medicine and inform children to take medicine within the specified time. This is because in the survey, many parents found that the longer the administration time, the better, which is a prejudice against the correct administration method. The efficacy and safety of drug use are directly related to the time of drug use, but the longer the time of drug use, the better.

2.2 Strengthen learning to adapt to the current clinical work.

Nurses are the front line of clinical work, and nurses' study of pharmacy is closely related to safe medication and child care. Therefore, the author thinks it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the applicability of nursing to various drugs. At present, there are more and more kinds of pediatric clinical drugs, and the usage and dosage should conform to both the instructions and the doctor's advice. Pediatric children usually have the characteristics of rapid disease change and complicated medication. Coupled with the variety of drugs, nurses' original pharmaceutical knowledge obviously cannot meet the needs of current clinical work. Therefore, nurses need to strengthen their own learning, master the knowledge of various commonly used drugs, pay attention to the usage and precautions of new drugs, and ensure the safety of pediatric medication. If nurses are vague about the usage of certain drugs, they need to consult relevant doctors to avoid problems that affect patients' health.

Three results

Compared with the control group, the experimental group has obvious advantages in mastering medication knowledge and nursing satisfaction of children and their families. Comparing the mastery of medication knowledge, the situation of complete mastery and basic mastery in the experimental group was 100%, and that in the control group was 82.33% (988/1200). Compared with nursing satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100%, and that of the control group was 92% (1104/1200).

4 discussion

A considerable number of children are slightly ill and can only be cured by drug treatment. Therefore, for the sake of children's health, when choosing drugs, we should not only ensure a certain curative effect, but also give consideration to safety and rationality. Rational drug use can solve children's disease problems, but unreasonable drug use will threaten children's health. With the continuous introduction of new drugs, drugs are constantly updated, and the problem of potential safety hazards can not be ignored. Systematic management and regular knowledge training for relevant personnel can reduce the occurrence of child injuries and make the curative effect better and more obvious. To sum up, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of nurses' sense of responsibility and safety, constantly update their knowledge system, and receive regular training so that they can have enough knowledge reserves. Under standardized management, the safety of clinical medication can be ensured, which is beneficial to the safety of children's medication, so that the curative effect can be fully reflected, and it is also conducive to solving the contradiction between doctors and patients and reducing unnecessary disputes.
