China Ink Dance Cup is sponsored by China Calligraphy Education Alliance and China Art Education Alliance. The purpose is to cultivate new seedlings of calligraphy and painting and promote art education.

The registration fee, judging fee, medal certificate making fee and communication fee for each entry are RMB in 50 yuan, and the overseas works and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan works are USD 30 each. China Cup Ink Dance does not accept individual contributions, so it is suggested that schools or teachers organize collective voluntary participation.
