First, the status quo of juvenile legal education
(1) There are laws to follow. Since 1980, China's education legislation has created a good legal environment for the healthy growth of teenagers. The National People's Congress and its Standing Committee have successively enacted six education laws, including the Education Law and the Compulsory Education Law, and the State Council has formulated 16 education administrative regulations. In addition, the sister laws that protect and prevent juvenile delinquency are twice as many as the Law on the Protection of Minors and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency. This fully shows that the state attaches great importance to teenagers.
(2) The working mechanism was initially formed. From the "First Five-Year Plan" to the "Fourth Five-Year Plan", teenagers are one of the key legal popularization targets. Our district has initially formed a working pattern of guidance and coordination by the competent department of law popularization, overall implementation by the administrative department of education, and joint management by all relevant departments, the Communist Youth League, women's federations and relevant functional departments.
(3) There are various forms of legal education. On the premise of establishing the vice president of legal system in primary and secondary schools, the whole region organized and carried out a series of educational activities such as organizing students to visit legal education exhibitions, watching legal education films, visiting patriotic education bases, organizing legal knowledge lectures and legal knowledge competitions, and strengthening the improvement of the surrounding environment of schools, which received good results.

At present, the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is gradually increasing, showing a trend of younger age and adult criminal means, which must attract the attention of the whole society. Second, strengthen the legal education of teenagers.
In view of the present situation of juvenile legal education in our region, combined with educational practice, this paper puts forward some thoughts on how to do a good job in juvenile legal education:
(A) a unified understanding, strengthen leadership
It is the key to educate teenagers in the legal system, unify their understanding and strengthen their leadership. First, strengthen their study and grasp their understanding in place. Organize education administrative cadres at all levels and all teaching staff to seriously study Comrade Deng Xiaoping's instruction that legal education should start with dolls, and learn the general plan of governing the country according to law put forward by the 16th National Congress, so that everyone can deeply realize that legal education is an important part of ideological and political education and quality education for young people, and it is a strategic task of national democracy and legal system construction. Realizing regional rule of law is a strategic task and basic project. According to the fourth five-year plan, the legal education plan, class hours, teaching materials and teachers should be truly implemented. Second, the organization should be sound and the responsibilities should be put in place. In order to truly implement the legal education for teenagers, a leading group for legal education for teenagers in the whole region should be established with relevant social departments as members. All schools should establish a vice president of law as the team leader. The main legal education institutions are the Political and Educational Office and the Guidance Office, and the class teachers and political teachers are the backbone. The District Education Bureau should bring the legal education of teenagers into the school target management, clarify the responsibilities and implement it to people, thus forming a vertical and horizontal network of legal education organizations for teenagers in the whole region. Third, the implementation of funds, legal aid work in place. At present, the funds of the district legal aid center have not been put in place, which makes it difficult to carry out a lot of work effectively. The district government should solve the necessary funds for legal aid institutions, ensure that the staff of the legal aid center can protect the legitimate rights and interests of groups that meet the conditions of legal aid according to law, arrange special classes to go to detention centers, courts and schools regularly to learn about juvenile delinquency, and regularly follow up services. At the same time, we should pay attention to the psychological dynamics of the released prisoners and give them timely and effective help and education.
(2) Standardize management and make steady progress.
First, make clear the teaching content. In view of the problem that teenagers are easy to break the law and commit crimes, we will compile propaganda speeches suitable for the legal education of teenagers in primary and secondary schools in our district, organize lecturers' groups or legal aid personnel to give lectures in primary and secondary schools, and focus on the Law on the Protection of Minors and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency to carry out special publicity activities in an all-round way to ensure the healthy growth of minors.
The second is to clarify the work objectives. It is necessary to seize a main channel of legal education for teenagers, that is, take classroom education and teaching activities as the main channel of legal education, and ensure that the "four haves" mean having a teaching program, learning materials, teachers and class hours; To achieve "three natures", that is, reality, diversity and permeability, and strive to make legal education close to students' life and ideological reality, so that learning the usage of law becomes the urgent requirement and conscious action of teachers and students.
Third, strengthen management. We should introduce a set of rules and regulations to strengthen the management of juvenile legal education, such as teaching evaluation system, symposium system, experience exchange system, supervision and inspection system, etc.

First, adhere to the combination of rational education and emotional education. Because teenagers are in the formative period of their world outlook and outlook on life, and their rational thinking is weak, we should pay attention to the method of thinking in images, and improve their legal knowledge and strengthen their legal concept by holding educational activities that teenagers like, such as literary performances, essay-writing speech contests, knowledge contests and mock trials. By organizing the compilation, reading and editing of legal tabloids, holding regular class meetings on the theme of the legal system, flag-raising ceremonies, major festival celebrations and the anniversary of the promulgation of important laws and regulations, and organizing to attend public judicial trials. , in the form of vivid, intuitive and vivid activities, let young people accept subtle legal influence.
Second, adhere to the combination of school education and departmental education. In the legal education of teenagers, it is necessary to insist that the school and the society sing operas on the same stage. While giving full play to the functions of the vice president of legal system, the school should regularly invite political and legal police officers to give lectures on legal system, actively strive for the cooperation of law enforcement departments, and promptly investigate and deal with people and things that infringe on students' rights and disrupt the normal teaching order of the school.
