Wuhan Jiebao Education and Training Co., Ltd., formerly known as "Wuhan Giant University City Education and Training Co., Ltd.", is an independent market entity registered and operated in Wuhan in 2003, referred to as "Wuhan Giant".

On July 3, 2002/KLOC-0, Wuhan Jiebao Education and Training Co., Ltd. officially launched the brand-new registered trademark "Jiebao Education" and brand vision system.

Whether it is Wuhan Giant Education before its name change or Jaguar Education after its name change, Jaguar and Giant Education/Beijing Giant are always two completely different legal entities, and there is no relationship between creditor's rights and debts and equity investment.
