According to the document [2017] No.256 issued by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, professional and technical personnel generally take three years as a cycle to calculate the class hours, and they need to complete 90 class hours in three years (note: 30 class hours per year, a total of three years), of which the required courses are not less than 45 class hours.
Compulsory courses can deduct the hours of elective courses. Intellectual property, innovative knowledge, project management, artificial intelligence and application, data analysis, digital technology, recognized lecture courses.
There are 73 elective courses this year. For details, please refer to "Shanghai Professional and Technical Personnel Continuing Education Network". The online courseware for online learning in this network is an elective course. (Note: paid online learning courses must be completed in the current year).

When all classes are exported from the Shanghai Professional and Technical Personnel Continuing Education Network, please follow the application process of course withdrawal and fee refund in Annex 7-after logging in to course center for identity authentication-to view the completed courses.
