Recently, in addition to the teacher training in Beiqing Middle School, I was lucky enough to read "Individualized Education Strategies" by Wang Du, a famous teacher in Beijing No.11 Middle School, which made me fully realize the importance of individualized teaching and learned many methods to deal with individual audiences of students.

What is personalized education? Personalized education is rooted in respect for students' personality, and will change from teaching materials and teachers as the center to student-centered education, paying attention to the potential development and personality development of each student. So, how to deal with different audiences and adopt different educational methods? This is a question that I have been thinking about. According to my own experience in educating students, I have gained some experience. Now share some cases with you and exchange learning.

First of all, for students, we must first make clear the individual audience. Individuals here can be divided into two categories: top students and students with learning difficulties. This means that we must consider the individual differences in education in order to adopt different solutions according to different audiences. Because the essence of education is to inspire, cultivate and sublimate the beauty, love for goodness and truth in students' hearts. Some people say that the art of education lies in maximizing stimulation and awakening. I quite agree with this view. Including listening to He Laoshi's lecture on counseling students' psychological problems. Therefore, how to really wake up this sleeping "lion" is an urgent problem for us to explore and solve.

Warm your dusty heart with love

For top students, most teachers will smile unconsciously when they mention it. The reason is self-evident: "study hard" is precisely because of this that teachers will have a halo effect. They think that for students, "study hard" is king, and morality, physique, beauty and labor are nothing. But is this really the case? As far as I am concerned, I firmly believe that "teaching must educate people, and educating people must cultivate themselves first."

In our class, there is a student called "genius boy" by classmates-Xu Rongxuan, because he has never let the teacher worry about his studies. Whether you listen or not, you seem to be able to absorb all the knowledge you have said and rank first in the grade. But when I came into contact with him, I found that he had many problems: for example, this student seldom eats a complete meal because he is too picky about food. Noodles only eat round and delicious noodles, not delicious, just look at the shape; Vegetables only eat potatoes and tofu; Dirty clothes can always be folded into "small", and only when they are on holiday will they be taken home by their mothers for washing, so their self-care ability is extremely poor.

For another example, although he is very motivated, he doesn't know how to cherish honor. After the opening ceremony last year, he got a certificate. But in the afternoon, I saw these three awards printed in bright red letters in the trash can. I was really angry at that time. I think this student is too ignorant to cherish. So I called him at once, but I changed his sentence "I don't think these are useful" The child's tone is very dull, but what I feel in the dull tone is his indifference. To this end, I am at a loss. A few days later, this happened: the water pipe in front of the office was blocked. He just asked the chemistry teacher a question, "Young man, can you help the teacher repair the water pipe?" "I'll try." He leaned down and made all kinds of jokes. I quickly took a picture of him repairing the water pipe. At this time, it coincided with the release of Ray, and I was also anxious to find the material. At the class meeting, I praised him for it in front of the whole class. I said that Xu Rongxuan took the initiative to help everyone repair the water pipes, not afraid of being dirty and tired. Moral education scored one point and was rated as "moral model" of the week. When everyone welcomed him to the stage to give a speech, he showed a shy but proud smile. Presumably he should be able to appreciate the power of honor at this time. Of course, I also recorded his glorious scene in the head teacher's diary. From then on, I gradually found that this "little guy" gradually had a "human touch" and began to take the initiative to undertake labor tasks, and the "small" in the room became smaller and smaller ... From this, I could not help but sigh: teachers are indeed a sacred job. Your warm words of encouragement may become a "great power" to change a person.

The transformation of "small thorn head"

Of course, almost every teacher will meet several naughty students in his teaching career, and these students have almost become the public enemies of his classmates, which makes teachers very headache. For example, there is such a "prick" in our class. In class, he either sleeps or talks. If he doesn't study, it will also affect other students. Moreover, smoking and fighting in class can be described as "no evil." How to deal with such students is really a headache. Because the effect of severely punishing them is only short-lived, leaving them alone will affect the normal classroom teaching order. What do we do? So, I search for cases and methods through the Internet and related books. In the process of looking for cases, I found a problem: for many students with learning difficulties, they are rebellious, just like lonely geese. In fact, there are unknown family backgrounds or special psychological growth processes behind them. So I tried to understand the student and his family background and found that he had been living in a "disharmonious" family. (fsir) Parents are in a state of "quarrel" for a long time, so naturally they don't want to take care of him. Coupled with the influence of parents' bad habits ... so, it has become like this. At this time, I really realized the seriousness of the problem: parents, as the first teachers of children, have a subtle influence on students and are also examples for students to learn to imitate. So I found the child's mother alone and told him about the student. His mother was very angry and said that she would teach him a good lesson when she went home. I will continue to guide and explain, and parents are duty-bound to this situation. I hope I can communicate with my children calmly after I go home, instead of beating and cursing. The child's mother was silent for a while, and then began to cry, indicating that she didn't divorce because she loved the child, but she didn't know that she had brought such great harm to the child. After that day, the child apologized to me and thanked me. Then he began to change and tried to restrain himself. Although some bad habits still exist, he obviously restrained himself. In addition, on Arbor Day, I also took an active part in labor. He also photographed his positive side, showed his handsome photos when he participated in tree planting at the class meeting, and praised him for taking an active part in group activities, with a strong sense of collective honor.

I got two insights from this incident: first, equality and sincerity. When students are naughty in class, they should know the situation in time and communicate with them instead of reprimanding or punishing them. If we can talk to them with a peaceful heart, we will understand the real reason of students' pranks and produce completely different results. Second, understanding and tolerance. Understanding is the premise of education. We should understand students, their words and deeds under age characteristics, their emotions, their thoughts and opinions, and their helplessness.

Give the children a stage, no matter good or bad, they will show unexpected beautiful dance.

Education is a long and arduous process. On this bumpy road, as long as students are treated with care, carefully analyzed and the root of the problem is found, no matter how difficult the problem is, children will certainly make progress slowly. In addition, I am also very grateful for this book, which has benefited a lot after learning. I will devote myself to teaching research and strive to improve my professional level.
