The Outline points out: "The content of kindergarten education is comprehensive and enlightening. The content of various fields permeates each other and promotes the development of children's emotions, attitudes, abilities, knowledge and skills from different angles. " Theme activities are the core content of kindergarten adaptive development curriculum. Our garden explores the theme education activities in the second phase of Deyang municipal scientific research project "Study on Garden-based Culture with Rich Resources of Grade Nine". Focusing on the choice of theme activities, the interaction between theme teaching and home, and the embodiment of theme display, this paper discusses and practices the effective strategies of theme activities.

First, establish the theme and choose the theme content.

How to choose the appropriate content of children's theme is the primary problem we encounter in the process of kindergarten education and teaching. Our garden is a newly-built township central kindergarten after the earthquake. After moving into the new kindergarten, we studied the guiding outline of kindergarten education, carefully studied the teaching materials and made a detailed teaching plan. Through teachers' in-depth observation and comparison among children, we can understand the age characteristics of children, grasp the interest needs and experience level of children to choose good theme content, and guide teachers to collect and find theoretical materials and experience articles on the content selection of theme education activities through self-study. Finally, combined with the research of the third stage of the municipal scientific research project "Research on the excavation of kindergarten-based culture in ninth grade kindergartens with rich resources", the theme education activity of "Spring is by my side" was established in February-April, and the theme education activity of "Love my hometown water and purify my new home" was launched in May-June.

When the theme is established, children will have a new understanding through independent exploration and active discovery, and then draw their own conclusions, observe their reactions to the theme, provide children with the desire to explore further, think further and preset educational goals. For example, the main goal of education and teaching with the theme of "Love my hometown water and purify my new home" is to let children know about the high-quality water resources in their hometown and pay attention to the cultivation of children's environmental awareness. Our town enjoys the reputation of "the hometown of mineral water", so we organized a large class of children to visit and inspect Gui Huayuan, a farmhouse with high-quality water sources in our town. As soon as I entered the gate of Guihuayuan, I saw the crystal clear water in the big swimming pool. The children were so excited that they couldn't wait to jump. Under the orderly organization of the teacher, the children entered the shallow water area and enjoyed the happiness brought by the cool sea water. The Outline points out that parents are important partners of kindergartens, and should strive for parents' understanding, support and participation based on the principle of respect and equality, and attract parents to take the initiative to participate in kindergarten education. Family cooperation will enable children's learning experience in kindergartens to be continued, consolidated and developed at home. The "parents' open day" in kindergartens not only promotes kindergarten education, but also allows parents to enter kindergartens, learn about their children's lives and activities, and participate in kindergarten education. The success of kindergarten parents' open day activities not only helps parents to further understand the education and teaching situation of kindergartens, but also enhances the understanding between parents and teachers. It also helps parents to understand children's development from different aspects and master scientific parenting methods, which also plays a good role in further improving the quality of kindergarten work and promoting children's development. When carrying out the theme activity of "Spring is around me", we launched a half-day open activity for parents, so that parents can walk into kindergartens and feel the joyful changes brought to their children by observing a series of activities such as kindergarten environment creation, children's works exhibition and teachers' lectures.

For another example, when carrying out the theme activities of "environmental fashion show", I first introduce some information about the theme activities to parents, and give full play to the role of parents, asking parents and children to actively seek relevant information through various channels and mobilize children to absorb information with various senses. Parents and children collect a wide variety of materials, including books, pictures, cards, all kinds of clothes, articles, computer downloaded text materials and so on. Through the collection and arrangement of materials, it not only enriches children's clothing knowledge, but also improves children's practical ability and exploration enthusiasm, which provides material and spiritual guarantee for the activities.

Third, the theme display stage is reflected

At the end of the theme development, the exhibition part of the theme is the summary of the whole theme activity, the embodiment of the results and the stage of harvest. We can't ignore this stage and end the topic hastily. The theme can be displayed in a variety of ways: summarize some unit learning contents that can best reflect the results of labor in the theme learning, and then discuss them together to consolidate children's mastery of the theme knowledge. Invite parents to participate in the theme exhibition. Taking the theme network as a summary clue, children, parents and teachers work together to make cooperative paintings or handicrafts. For example, in the theme activity of "Love my hometown water, clean my new home", we first held a parent-child survey on the water resources in my hometown, and took the children on a field trip. At the end of the month, we launched the environmental protection parent-child signature activity of "Love my hometown water and clean my new home", and parents actively participated. Parents should strengthen the quality of environmental education and keep the requirements at home consistent. Be a role model for children everywhere, read more books on environmental protection, pay attention to your behavior from bit by bit, and influence and educate children with your words and deeds. At the Children's Environmental Fashion Show on June 1st, some parents made clothes and hats out of waste newspapers and calendar paper. Some use plastic bags to make "princess skirts"; Others use decorative bags and plastic sheets to make clothes and trousers, making full use of parents' resources, family cooperation and common education, so that children can gain knowledge of saving and reusing while experiencing happiness. The development of this activity has once again made environmental awareness deeply rooted in the hearts of parents and children.
