In order to improve the quality of education and teaching, meet the needs of teachers' professional development, and strengthen teachers' basic theoretical quality, professional level and teaching ability, our school held on-the-job training, which benefited me a lot. In the process of on-the-job training, we have conducted standardized language expression skills (written and oral), writing skills (blackboard writing and hard writing) and communication skills training. Standardized language expression ability is the basic requirement of basic education stage. Every week, I practice writing with pens, chalk and reflective notes. For the practice of basic skills, we should pay attention to regularity and key application, and apply the practiced skills to classroom teaching instead of practicing for the sake of practice. Communication ability is a new skill requirement for teachers. Under the education and teaching mode of full-time irrigation, full-time questioning and full-time speech, communication skills do not need special emphasis, but today, with the promotion of new curriculum reform, teachers must have communication skills in both classroom teaching and daily education and teaching exchanges. Only when you have certain communication skills such as listening, responding, expressing, humor, etiquette, role change and accepting others can you realize effective communication and interaction with your peers, effective education and teaching activities with students and ideal education and teaching goals.
In the open class organized by the school for everyone, I made full preparations before class and used multimedia teaching to improve the quality of classroom teaching. Do serious reflection after class, actively listen to the opinions of other experienced teachers, and strive to improve the quality of their own education and teaching.
Through on-the-job training, I got a good training opportunity, accepted the guidance of improving teaching basic skills, learned from each other's strong points, and constantly enriched teaching practice experience. In the future, we should work and study in a down-to-earth manner and put business learning into practice.
The second part is the experience of post training.
Under the arrangement and deployment of superiors, the station recently started job skills training activities. According to the activity implementation plan made on the spot, my colleagues and I actively participated in the activity. The staff of each toll collection team and management department are preparing for the theoretical examination intensively. Everyone actively participated in queue training and civilized service drills, and prepared to stand with other brothers to participate in the competition. Writing here, my thoughts returned to the period when I first joined the work. From 1997 to 10, I participated in many on-the-job training activities and achieved fairly good results. With the growth of my age, I gradually entered a process of getting married, starting a family, having children and being a mother. I remember the last time I participated in the job skills competition was in 2004, which was sponsored by the Project Office of the Communications Department at that time. My son was born in 2005. As a mother, I spend all my time taking care of my children and family except my daily work. On-the-job training, queue competition and so on all seem to be far away from my life and slowly disappear from my life.
How time flies! My son is six years old in a blink of an eye. In the past six years, I have seen my colleagues' good achievements in various job training activities, which has won honor for the unit. I am really happy for them, but I also envy them. Besides, I feel a little lost in my heart. It's not that I haven't had the opportunity to participate in on-the-job training activities in the past six years, but that many things have happened in these six years, and many factors are unexpected, such as changing jobs and accidentally falling my knee ... I've really experienced a lot and grown a lot in these six years.
Now I am involved in on-the-job training activities and various assessment subjects. I can't tell whether I am excited or impulsive, and I feel back to the beginning of my work. I feel much younger. I seem to have lost that loss from my heart and recovered my pride.
Turning, three-step walking, vehicle command gestures, and civilized service drills, these subjects are practiced from the basic movements. Five of the six female teammates have become mothers. During the training, the instructor is serious and strict, the teammates are meticulous, and they demand themselves with high standards and strive to make every move. As the saying goes: "Practice three or nine in winter and three volts in summer." In this weather, you will be sweating in less than ten minutes of normal training. After half a day's training, the training clothes will be soaked with sweat many times, including socks and shoes. Even so, during the training break, teammates are still correcting each other's movements and talking about the feelings of training. No one says he is tired, because everyone has a belief in his heart, which is to work hard. I have always been deeply moved by the team spirit of mutual support and encouragement.
Experience of training in three posts
In March, the school organized teaching and research groups to carry out on-the-job training. I took part in the speech contest of teachers' morality in Chinese group and won the third place. After the game, I felt a lot. Although it is only a school-level competition, I still spent a lot of time preparing, hoping to show my excellent side in this competition, which is also a test of my teaching skills and a feedback to my value as a people's teacher. Between my spare time of hard teaching and teasing my daughter, I took time out to write a speech and simulate it repeatedly in order to be perfect.
The day of the competition is coming, I am uneasy, but full of energy. Colleagues are talking and laughing, but I know that under those seemingly casual or even indifferent expressions, there is actually a beating heart that is unwilling to lag behind and dares to compete for the first place. I thought I could stand out, but I didn't expect my colleagues to be more prepared and passionate. It's really impressive.
The first is the writing of the speech. Whether the speech is full of sound and emotion, whether it can impress the audience and touch the heartstrings of the audience, the premise is to have a wonderful and unique speech. Only by recalling the most typical things you have experienced personally, integrating your sincere feelings at that time, and extracting the most shining part of your thoughts, can the speech be affectionate, reasonable and valuable. I remember the feeling of seeing the motto "Learning to be a teacher is the right way" when I first entered Normal University, the feeling of teaching in No.2 Middle School for the first time after graduation, and the feeling of all the students who have been teaching for many years. It is my classmates who enrich my emotional treasure house, who spur me to strive for perfection, who keep my thoughts alive forever and my soul inexhaustible. Thinking of this, I suddenly felt like a spring, and I did it at one go. But that day, I listened to the speeches of my colleagues who had rich teaching experience, and realized that compared with them, my qualifications were so meager and shallow, far less heavy and rich than theirs.
Secondly, the pronunciation of the speech and the success of the speech are one of the important factors. As a teacher, especially a Chinese teacher, pronunciation is the most basic requirement; On this basis, it is ideal to create a kind of musical beauty. The voice or expression is as beautiful as the crisp and smooth singing of orioles, which makes the audience like drinking wine; Or impassioned, such as the majestic roar of the Yangtze River, to sober up the audience and create a live speech effect. Many times, the audience fell in love with the speaker's moving voice instead of falling into the touching speech. According to the content of the speech, I decided to speak slowly, gracefully and happily. Before, I thought I had an advantage in pronunciation clarity, but when I heard my colleagues' high-spirited and rhyming speeches, I couldn't help but feel ashamed and envious.
The third is to strive to get rid of the manuscript during the speech. I am ashamed that I used recitation instead of speech. I just read the manuscript with emotion and didn't really make a speech. Colleagues in the junior high school group worked hard and made ready-made speeches. Without the shackles of the manuscript, the speaker looks independent and majestic. From time to time, they also match the wonderful parts with appropriate gestures, showing corresponding expressions, and the whole person looks radiant. I sighed in my heart: there is a building outside the building, and the strong will always be strong! Crouching tiger, hidden dragon is everywhere around us, and our colleagues are all stunted. We should neither overestimate ourselves nor underestimate ourselves. Instead, we should correctly understand things, actively learn from colleagues, improve our own shortcomings with the help of others' strengths, and improve our own quality in all aspects.
After teaching for several years, I am in the quiet and leisurely environment of No.2 Middle School, like a beautiful flower cultivated in a greenhouse, like a fish swimming in a fish tank, and more like a frog sitting in a well watching the sky. Through business study, the lectures of school leaders and backbone teachers also pointed out the direction for my future work, which made me understand the heavy weight of the profession of teachers and was of great significance to my future education. The school leaders are considerate of us. From initial education to professional growth, from the study of teachers' morality to the training of class teachers, from teachers' teaching work to students' learning routines, we are all receiving all-round training. Through the study of several educational laws and regulations, I understand the most basic obligation as a teacher-teaching and educating people. Teachers should selflessly impart knowledge to students, protect and care for them, and set an example for them with noble behavior. In the face of underachievers, we should not use violence or corporal punishment, but use double love to help them make progress, which not only stipulates the obligations of teachers from a professional perspective, but also stipulates the obligations of teachers from a legal perspective.
