(1) Time for accepting applications: from September 15 to 10/5, 2009. The time for accreditation registration shall be determined by the accreditation bodies of each city according to local conditions. Applicants must register for Putonghua proficiency test, remedial education and psychological and physical examination at the time designated by local recognized institutions.

(two) to apply for the localization of teacher qualifications, the applicant shall apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the household registration is located or where the work unit is located. If the registered permanent residence is not in the local area, but the work unit is in the local area, and the personnel files are attached to the local talent exchange center, you can apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the talent exchange center is located. Personnel whose household registration and personnel files are not in the local area shall go back to the place where their household registration is located to apply for the qualification of teachers.

The qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by the county-level education administrative department; The qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools shall be examined by the education administrative department at the county level and reported to the education administrative department at the next higher level for confirmation.

(three) to apply for the qualification of teachers, the following relevant materials shall be submitted within the time limit for accepting the application stipulated by the local accreditation body.

1. Basic materials to be submitted by the applicant:

(1) teacher qualification application form in duplicate;

(2) The original and photocopy of the ID card;

(3) the original and photocopy of the academic certificate;

(4) medical certificate;

(5) The original and photocopy of the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate;

(six) the applicant's ideological and moral appraisal form;

(7) The original and photocopy of the household registration book, or the personnel relationship certificate issued by the local talent exchange center;

(8) A recent 1 inch bareheaded half-length photo (the background is the same as that posted on the registration form and physical examination form).

2. Applicants who have graduated from non-normal education majors and those who have graduated from normal education majors but are inconsistent with the academic requirements of the teacher qualification categories they apply for must provide the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate for studying the corresponding level of pedagogy and psychology courses.

3. To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the original and photocopy of professional and technical post certificate or worker's technical grade certificate shall be provided.

4. In addition to regular teachers, other applicants are required to provide the original and photocopy of the academic certificate issued by the Academic Certification Center of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education.

The above requirements shall be accompanied by the original and photocopy of the certificate (certificate) materials, which shall be kept after being audited by the teacher qualification accreditation body, and the original shall be returned to the applicant.
