Applicants for private schools should have the following qualifications:
1. The applicant shall have legal personality, political rights and full capacity for civil conduct.
2. The applicant shall have the basic conditions for the establishment of private schools as stipulated in the Education Law, Compulsory Education Law, Vocational Education Law and Private Education Promotion Law.
The materials to be submitted to the examination and approval authority for bidding for private schools include:
1, preparation of ratification.
2. Report preparation.
3. The articles of association of the school, the first school board of directors, the board of directors or other decision-making bodies.
4. Valid certification documents of school assets.
5. Qualification documents of principals, teachers and accountants.
