In 2008, the college entrance examination was brilliant again, with 426 students in the college entrance examination, 3 in the key line, 86 in the undergraduate line and 326 in the specialist line. The college entrance examination rate reached 97%, ranking first among similar high schools in Yulin City. Among them, Huang Guangquan ranked seventh among thousands of literature and history candidates in the city with 566 points, and Chen Hongmei was the first deaf-mute disabled girl admitted to the university in Yulin since the founding of the People's Republic of China. In 2009, the college entrance examination ranked first among similar high schools in Yulin, with 8 key universities, 98 undergraduate students and 3 18 junior college students, and the enrollment rate was 98%. Huang Yu won the eighth place among the liberal arts candidates in the city with 562 points.
