Stage of compulsory education

Emphasize the fairness of admission, enrollment time, enrollment path and enrollment order of public and private schools.

Ordinary high school

It is strictly forbidden to enroll students in mixed mode in public and private schools, to enroll students by loans, and to "divide nationality". The admission process and results of independent enrollment need to be made public voluntarily, and the admission standards of independent enrollment should be improved.

High school student status management

The "Notice" particularly emphasizes that local education administrative departments should strengthen the management of high school students' student status, and it is strictly forbidden for ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools to register "double student status" or cross registration at the same time.
