Educational research practice report

From September 20 16 to June 20 17, 1 6, I worked as a geography education intern in XX Middle School, XX County, Shaanxi Province. The basic content of practice includes two parts: classroom teaching and the work of the class teacher. During this period, I served as the internship head teacher of Grade One (8), mainly the internship geography teachers of Grade One (1), Grade One (2), Grade One (3) and Grade One (10). With the patient guidance and help of Zhu Min, the former instructor and head teacher, and the teachers in the geography group, I successfully completed the task of educational practice.

With such a goal and pride, I started my teacher internship journey. During this period, teaching theory is transformed into teaching practice bit by bit, and simulated teaching becomes real face-to-face teaching. Although it is rough, it gradually matures and enriches my teaching process. At the beginning of the internship, according to the requirements of the school and the advice of the instructor, listen to the teacher first, and learn more teaching experience in the process of listening to the class, so as to better apply it to practical teaching. Then enter the formal classroom teaching.

Looking back at my teachers' teaching methods now, I have learned a lot of valuable experience and found that each teacher will have different teaching styles. Perhaps this is the true meaning of "teaching is inconclusive". I deeply admire the teachers' calm response in class, the step-by-step process and the combination inside and outside the classroom. For example, Mr. Zhang, the head of the school geography group, enlivened the classroom atmosphere to the extreme by telling some obvious stories and examples of students, plus humorous language and multimedia assistance.
