During the six months of internship in xx Middle School, we not only accumulated a lot of teaching experience, but also made great efforts to do a good job in local education and teaching services, so we were well received by school leaders and teachers. Below I will make an overview of local education and teaching services.
1 school management
I actively participated in various cultural and sports activities organized by the school, such as morning exercises, tug-of-war and skipping competitions, among which the most outstanding achievement was the completion of the "popular science activities", which contributed my meager strength to the popular science education in the school.
2. Examination.
Our school organizes two monthly exams every semester, a mid-term exam and a final exam. I actively and seriously participate in the invigilation of every exam. Because of the uneven level of children, many children cheat in the examination room, whispering to each other and gesturing, but I am conscientious in every exam, strictly abide by the rules of the examination room, and strive to complete the duties of an invigilator. After the exam, I will actively participate in marking.
3. Counseling and self-study
My course arrangement is even and compact, with two main courses every day. In addition, there are one or two remedial classes every day. Although my classes are relatively tight, I will teach each class step by step, starting with new lessons, then classroom exercises, and finally 8 minutes of tests and review questions. It can not only consolidate the knowledge that students have learned, but also understand the students' mastery of knowledge, so as to prepare lessons in a targeted manner. Every morning and evening, I will ask the students to review what they learned the day before, and let the study committee sort out what they have memorized.
4. Training teachers
Our school has been holding high-quality open classes regularly. Every time I have time, I will listen to them. I also listened to the "heterogeneous class" activities organized by the school, which was of great help to my teaching work. In addition, I will regularly listen to lectures by tutors, school teachers and other professional friends, from which I can not only understand the teaching characteristics and teaching methods of various subjects, but also improve my knowledge level in activities. And every time I participate in activities, I will sort out and accumulate the methods I have learned so that I can apply them to my teaching work.
