Mudanjiang Teachers College is located in Mudanjiang, an excellent tourist city in China. It is the earliest, largest and most comprehensive provincial undergraduate college in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province. It is also a teacher education research center, basic education and continuing education training center in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province.
Mudanjiang Medical College was founded in 1958, and its name was inscribed by Mr. Guo Moruo. It is the only provincial full-time undergraduate medical college in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, and it is a pilot university of the "Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program" of the Ministry of Education.
In 2009, it was approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee as a new master's degree project construction unit. Postgraduates began to enroll students on 20 14. As of 20 13, the college covers an area of 725,000 square meters, with a building area of 317,000 square meters.
