Secondly, as an educator, I can really be student-oriented, pay attention to students' development needs, create conditions as much as possible and provide unconditional support. Every activity, from leading the team to following, accompanying and recording, is not just a person, but a heart ... there are always students in my heart. I think this is the educational feelings.
