A: Suhomlinski was once known as a "master of educational thought". He tried to discuss education in an all-round way with Marxist-Leninist viewpoints and methods. His educational theory and practice had a great influence on the development of Soviet educator theory in 1970s and 1980s. The reasons for Suhomlinski's rich educational theory research results can be roughly summarized as the following three aspects:

(1) Suhomlinski's theoretical research is temporarily combined with education and teaching practice.

(2) Suhomlinski paid attention to summing up historical experience and drawing correct conclusions when conducting theoretical research in combination with educational practice.

(3) A thorough grasp and application of dialectical materialism methodology and the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism education is the most important guarantee for his brilliant achievements in educational theory research and practice.
