What are the problems in rural junior high school teaching?
In recent years, the situation of rural junior high school teachers is mainly manifested in three aspects: (1) The brain drain of key teachers is serious. Due to the influence of the environment, many backbone teachers in rural middle schools are either recruited by high schools or poached by schools in neighboring towns, resulting in a shortage of talents in many disciplines. In order to ensure the quality of education, the phenomenon of one person taking more classes in some disciplines has increased sharply. Excessive teaching burden and pressure make teachers exhausted, and the quality of education and teaching can be imagined. The loss of backbone teachers will inevitably lead to the loss of high-quality students, which will lead to the overall decline of rural school education and further deepen the educational inequality between urban and rural areas. (2) The new forces are not enough. At present, the rural junior high school teachers are weak, and the newly allocated teachers who can teach in rural primary schools are not only in short supply, but also most of them have low academic qualifications and their majors are not right. Therefore, the phenomenon of cross-disciplinary teaching and teaching without learning is becoming more and more common. Therefore, at present, rural schools lack real "fresh blood", just like long-term drought crops need the nourishment of showers. (3) The class structure is unreasonable. The practice of concentrating high-quality teachers in senior grades has led to the situation that junior grades are relaxed and bitter, and junior grades are vulnerable to the quilt cover of senior grades.
