1 Implement the national education guidelines, policies, laws, regulations and rules, study and formulate normative documents and rules on education, and supervise their implementation.

8. In charge of the work of teachers in the county. To formulate policies, rules and regulations on labor wages and personnel management in the county education system in conjunction with relevant departments and organize their implementation; Responsible for planning and guiding the construction of teachers and education administrative cadres at all levels in the county; Manage the county's teacher awards, appointment evaluation, job evaluation, teacher qualification identification, teacher professional ethics education and teacher deployment, labor wages, assessment, teacher retirement, and personnel file management; The establishment departments of aid organizations manage the establishment of primary and secondary schools.
