This semester, in the three grades I taught, I carefully made an English study signature form. The signature table contains keywords, key phrases and key sentence patterns learned every week. According to the teaching progress, a signature form will be issued every week (every two weeks). Parents can not only keep abreast of students' learning progress, but also urge students to preview and review what they have learned at home in time. Judging from the implementation of this semester, the effect is not bad.

Existing shortcomings:

1, organize English classroom teaching skillfully

In this semester's teaching, I found that some students were absent-minded, making small moves, lowering their heads or reading other books, and so on. Sometimes I wonder why English is so difficult for some students, even exclusive. I think it is my own problem that English is not easy to learn. I haven't found a solution to these problems in class. How to be a good teacher can not only successfully complete teaching tasks, increase the authenticity of English teaching, but also remind students.

2. Appropriate assessment

For students, various evaluations are very important. Proper evaluation can help students understand themselves and build their self-confidence. At the same time, it also helps them to reflect and adjust their learning process. This semester, the teaching evaluation in the teaching process needs further study.

Anyway, English teaching has been done well this semester, although there are still many shortcomings. I think these shortcomings will be the motivation and direction of English teaching in the future. I believe that through my continuous efforts and improvement, my English teaching will definitely step onto a new level.
