What does the non-work-related death treatment include?

Therefore, employee A's behavior cannot be recognized as a work-related injury, and accordingly, the company cannot be required to bear the liability for compensation for work-related injuries.

Article 68 of the reply of the Labor Insurance Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions clearly stipulates: "Anyone who commits political suicide (referring to reliable materials) does not enjoy labor insurance benefits. Those who commit suicide due to family disputes and other life problems may be handled in accordance with Article 14 of the Labor Insurance Regulations on non-work-related deaths. " Therefore, although employee A committed suicide, he still enjoyed the treatment of non-work-related death.
