In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was put forward: "Focusing on maintaining the advanced nature and purity of the Party, we should carry out in-depth education and practice activities of the Party's mass line with seeking truth and being pragmatic as the main content, focus on solving outstanding problems strongly reflected by the people, and improve our ability to do mass work well under the new situation". So how can we carry out the party's mass line education practice activities? The author believes that in the process of activities, it is necessary to avoid the lack of incentive and assessment mechanism for cadres to do mass work well and the lack of coordination between departments in the process of dealing with mass problems, which leads to the inability to form a joint force to promote mass work. When carrying out activities, we should do the following:

First, strengthen ideological education and do a good job in guiding actions. Thought is the forerunner of action. To carry out the Party's mass line education practice, we must first strengthen the ideological education of party member cadres. The content of education focuses on improving the ability of party member cadres to do mass work well under the new situation, advocating the fashion of serving the people wholeheartedly, maintaining the advanced nature and purity of the party, and enabling party member cadres to establish the working concept of being pragmatic and clean for the people. The second is to focus on carrier innovation and improve the effectiveness of activities. Carrier is the medium to achieve practical results, and only the innovation of carrier can promote the innovation of work well. During the activity, we should take the hotspots, difficulties and emphases of the Party's mass line education practice center as the activity carrier, organically combine educational activities with work practice, and let educational activities play a role in promoting the implementation of central tasks and solving outstanding problems. The third is to strengthen scientific management and establish a long-term mechanism. First of all, it is necessary to formulate scientific and reasonable activity objectives, organically combine them with promoting central work, solving practical problems, and changing cadres' work style to ensure that activities are carried out steadily and achieve practical results. The second is to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system, and pay attention to the evaluation opinions of the clients and the grassroots in the evaluation.
