Adaptive symptoms of guiding education
In recent years, many developed countries and some developing countries have adopted Peto method to treat cerebral palsy in children to varying degrees. With the development of Peto organization, the application of Peto method is more and more extensive, and its indications are also expanding. In some countries, Peto has achieved remarkable results in treating adult hemiplegia, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cognitive impairment (Alzheimer's disease) and sequelae of various nervous system diseases.

Cerebral palsy: suitable for cerebral palsy of different ages, especially for children with cerebral palsy over 3 years old.

Some congenital nervous system hypoplasia and psychological disorders: such as mental retardation, simple motor retardation, language retardation and autism.

Motor and language disorders caused by sequelae of some nervous system diseases and hereditary diseases, such as congenital stupidity, spinal muscular atrophy, muscular dystrophy, joint flexion, adult hemiplegia, multiple sclerosis of spinal cord, etc. In recent years, it is reported that it also has a rehabilitation effect on Parkinson's disease.

Early intervention of high-risk infants: it has high early intervention value for high-risk infants such as neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, premature infants, neonatal asphyxia and bilirubin encephalopathy. For example, through the guidance of light, sound and toys, children's motor and cognitive functions are induced.

Although the nature of the lesion and the damage to the nervous system are different, the learning of the above children will be affected by the environment. Therefore, training with guided educational therapy is equally effective. Due to the difference of etiology and learning needs, we should make corresponding adjustments in curriculum design, teaching methods, induced learning methods and environmental facilities according to individual needs.

In addition, guided educational therapy can also be used for the early education of normal children, because the guided educational method is developed on the basis of normal children's neurodevelopmental science and pedagogy, so it also has high guidance and practical value for the early development of normal children's intelligence level such as language, movement, communication, understanding and perception.
