Three-level safety education refers to the factory-level safety education, workshop-level safety education and post safety education for new employees or workers. Its main contents are as follows:

1. Factory-level safety education: explain the significance, task, content and importance of labor protection, introduce the general situation of enterprise safety, introduce the National Staff Code, People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law promulgated by the State Council, and various warning signs and signal devices set up by enterprises, and improve employees' awareness of safety production by introducing typical accident cases and lessons of enterprises;

2. Workshop-level safety education: introduce the general situation and characteristics of the workshop, introduce the basic knowledge of safety technology and workshop fire prevention knowledge, organize workers to learn safety production documents and safety operation rules and regulations, and improve the awareness of safety production;

3. Post safety education: introduce post production characteristics, working environment, dangerous areas, equipment conditions and fire-fighting facilities, explain the safety operation procedures and post responsibilities of this type of work, and how to correctly use and care for labor protection articles and civilized production requirements, implement safety operation demonstrations, and improve employees' awareness of safety production.
