Determine the indicators Before April 26, the National Project Office issued the recruitment indicators of each province according to the registration situation of each province. Before April 28th, the service provinces shall determine the basic service posts of the province and the counterpart recruitment provinces according to the recruitment index allocation scheme formulated by the National Project Office and the registration situation of the recruitment provinces. Before April 29th, the recruitment provincial project offices shall comprehensively consider the number of college applicants, academic qualifications, majors, employment and other factors, and determine and issue the recruitment indicators and corresponding service posts for colleges and universities in this province. 3. Selection and Publicity From April 29th to May16th, the project offices of colleges and universities investigated the students' political and ideological quality, academic performance and volunteer service experience according to the recruitment indicators and service posts, and initially recruited volunteers to participate in the project, which was publicized throughout the school for 3 days. After passing the examination, report to the recruitment provincial project office. Before May 18, the provincial project recruitment office will summarize the list of volunteers initially accepted by the project offices in colleges and universities. Before may 2 1, the provincial project recruitment office will organize the preliminary selected college graduates to have a centralized physical examination. Before May 28th, the Recruiting Provincial Project Office will review the list of volunteers admitted to the province, submit the list of selected volunteers to the National Project Office, and submit it to the Service Provincial Project Office. Before June 1, the National Project Office will summarize the list of selected volunteers and their service posts, and report them to the national leading group for approval after review. 15 From June 3rd to June 5th, the National Project Office entrusted each recruiting provincial project office to sign a recruitment agreement with volunteers and issue a confirmation notice. Before June 18, the National Project Office confirmed the formal selection of volunteers and their service posts, and announced them to the public. 4. Training sent volunteers to the province where the service is located to participate in the training organized by the provincial project office with the confirmation notice and my ID card. The training time is arranged from July 19 to July 23rd (5 days). From July 24th to 25th, the staff of project offices in each service county organized volunteers to arrive at the service place and provided targeted pre-job training for volunteers. Coordinate service units to arrange volunteer work, accommodation and other related matters; Volunteers serve as deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, vice president of primary and secondary schools, vice president of health institutes, deputy director of villagers' committees and other part-time or full-time management positions through relevant procedures. Organize volunteers serving in primary and secondary schools to participate in pre-job teaching and training in stages, practice in local education departments, prepare lessons and make home visits before school starts. Each service county project office, in combination with local conditions, organizes volunteers to carry out job skills training in a timely manner during the service period to improve the service level of volunteers. 5. Service Management Service County Project Office is specifically responsible for coordinating service units, implementing volunteer service posts, providing free accommodation and logistical support for safety, health and hygiene, helping to solve the difficulties and problems encountered by volunteers, and evaluating the service work of volunteers. The service unit shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the unit, manage the volunteers as the staff of the unit, and put forward preliminary assessment opinions. Serving provincial project offices to supervise, inspect and evaluate the work of serving county-level project offices. The project office of the university where the volunteers are located should track the work and life of the volunteers in time and give them help and support. The National Project Office issued the Measures for the Administration of Volunteer Service for College Students in Western China (for Trial Implementation) as the basis for daily management; Compile and distribute a volunteer handbook for the record and assessment of volunteer service. 6. Assess the overall performance of project implementation, individual service performance of volunteers and the work of project offices at all levels by the National Project Office. After the expiration of volunteer service, it will be identified and stored in my file, and those who pass the examination will be awarded certificates as proof of volunteer service experience, employment and entrepreneurship. The evaluation results of project offices at all levels will serve as an important reference for next year's commendation and project implementation, and the evaluation results will be copied to the party committees and governments at the same level. The National Project Office summarizes the project evaluation results and reports them to the State Council and relevant ministries and commissions. 7. If the volunteer service has expired for one year and passed the examination, China Youth Volunteer Service will be awarded the bronze medal. Those who have served for two years and passed the examination after the expiration of the service period will be awarded the Silver Medal for Youth Volunteer Service in China and the Gold Medal for Youth Volunteer Service in China with outstanding performance. Those who have performed particularly well are recommended to participate in the China Youth May 4th Medal, the Top Ten Outstanding Young People in China, the Top Ten Outstanding Young Volunteers in China and the International Youth Poverty Eradication Award. The organizer will also regularly commend the project implementation unit.
