(2) The development of personality has different tasks at different stages. Education must aim at the characteristics of personality development at different ages and guide individuals to develop in a positive direction in the process of opposing development, so as to help individuals successfully overcome psychological and social crises at each stage and make their personality develop healthily.
(3) The development of personality is a complete and continuous process. If the development task in the previous stage is not successfully completed, it can be completed in the later stage. Good personality quality can be compensated by education, so we should be optimistic about personality education.
