Yang Pin (Guangzhou) Education Consulting Co., Ltd. is the headquarters of Yang Pin International Education Group in Chinese mainland. Dr Yang Qian, the founder of Yang Pin, comes from Taiwan Province, Jay Chou's hometown. She came to Chinese mainland not far from Wan Li for her children.
