My school is a normal college, which ranks among the best in the province. Because I am a Sino-Singapore joint major, we are under greater pressure than students majoring in preschool education. Because it's taught in English, I get crazy every time I get to the deadline for my thesis. After three years in college, my plan for myself is to study, become a cadre, get a scholarship, go abroad for further study and take the New Zealand teacher qualification exam. During this period, my efforts are to read English, take IELTS test, and research, including senior baby nurses, nutritionists, and Putonghua certificates. Some of my classmates dance very well and got the certificate of folk dance teacher. So, my advice to you is:
1. Stay in the library for a while and read books on humanities, social sciences and children. How to do education without "materials"?
2. specialize in one strong point. For example, if you like writing, drill hard. Whether you have never been engaged in preschool education, being good at writing will add points. I mean, you should improve your competitiveness. You are proficient in what others have, and you have what others don't have. It doesn't matter if you don't have strong points or don't know your interests. You can master it through deliberate practice and conscious cultivation.
3. Write lesson plans frequently and ask more questions. Writing lesson plans is a necessary skill for every teacher, but many lesson plans I learned on the Internet are not even written according to "knowledge", "emotion" and "behavior", so I read more excellent lesson plans and write them myself, and ask the teacher to help me revise them. Teachers are students who like to take the initiative, especially those who know how to be responsible for their own future. It's been half a year since I began to prepare the lesson plan for the exam preparation, and I already feel overwhelmed, especially the five major disciplines should be involved, and the difficulties should be internalized.
In my junior year, I also passed the IELTS test, but because my grandmother was in bed, I finally chose to go home and take the teacher recruitment test. Compared with undergraduates, the theory we have learned is far from enough, especially in some small towns, which are not competitive at all because they only look at the written test instead of the interview. Later, I didn't pass the exam, and I was angry that I didn't get the teacher qualification certificate. A person came to Shenzhen and now works in a social organization, engaged in comprehensive work of psychological consultation+curriculum design+new media operation. To put it bluntly, I am responsible for the implementation part of the rest of the boss's lip service, and then prepare for the self-taught examination of psychology undergraduate in South China Normal University in my spare time. Fortunately, I just caught up with the policy and settled in Shenzhen. So this is to tell you:
Being a teacher is not the only way, so don't be afraid to engage in a job that is not related to my major. I have been confused for a long time in the six months since I left society, but time waits for no one. During the period of confusion, I studied psychology, got a consultant's license, learned new media operation and started my career planning. . . In short, what is possible in life depends on how you look at your state.
