Shenzhen Cai Jun Education Foundation is a social welfare service organization founded by Mr. Rao Junfeng and approved by Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau. Cai Jun Education Foundation aims at "contributing to the great cause of education and serving public welfare", builds a professional and transparent public welfare platform, and is committed to improving the backward situation of education in remote areas of China and providing teaching support for areas with scarce teacher resources. The foundation shall accept the annual inspection organized by the registration authority in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Foundations. At the same time, the annual work report will be published in the media designated by the registration authority and accepted by the public for inquiry and supervision.

Cai Jun Education Foundation does two things, one is to set up scholarships in universities to help poor college students complete their studies, and the other is to teach in Liangshan Prefecture. Among them, teaching should achieve three goals: 1. Help Daliangshan children get out of the mountains; 2. Through training and designing some projects, teachers are required to complete them, so as to convey the wisdom of successful entrepreneurs, improve the leadership, communication and coordination ability, process control ability and execution ability of volunteers, and lay a solid foundation for future career development. 3. With the support of affiliated enterprises, Cai Jun Education Foundation will be cultivated into a social enterprise that does not rely on social donations to do public welfare independently.
