Problems in contemporary education in China.
Education reform in China has been going on for a long time. I remember that I was reforming when I was in primary school, and it never seemed to stop. Now I'm a teacher, and I'm still reforming. Of course, constant reform shows that education is developing and innovating, but policy makers should seriously consider whether such repeated reforms (sometimes some policies are in the opposite direction) are really good for education. Studying abroad, we find that foreign education methods are good, such as the United States, where education is developed, students study and explore independently, and students have a strong dominant position. Therefore, after returning to China, we advocate education equality, students as the main body and personality cultivation. These ideas are correct, but policy makers have not taken into account the specific problems of their own countries and the problems brought about by this reform. For example, respect the personality of students, "there are no students who can't teach well, only teachers who can't teach well." First of all, we should discuss what this good teaching means, whether it means being a person or just learning. Being a man, there are bad people and good people from ancient times to the present, so saying that is equal to not saying. In learning, the knowledge level of students handed in by the same teacher is also different-is there a difference between students? Since there are differences, some are well-taught and others are not well-taught, why not admit them? Furthermore, let's look at the current education in the United States. There are many incidents of school violence and shootings. It is recognized that students have strong self-care ability and strong personality, but there are also many problems. Since we intend to learn from the United States, why not think more about how to avoid these problems, but also learn first, and don't wait until problems arise? We should consider the characteristics of Chinese students and integrate foreign educational ideas. Too much emphasis on the status of students has correspondingly lowered the status of teachers. Only pay attention to the status of foreign students' autonomous learning, but can't see the status of teachers? It is necessary for students to respect their teachers. Look at Japanese and Korean schools, see how much teachers bind students (I have never been abroad, only through TV), and then look back at the current situation in China. Teachers are afraid of students, specifically, teachers are afraid of bad students (such words are no longer allowed now, and there are poor students, which can only be said to be potential students, which I think is cheating). How do you say this? At present, teachers' corporal punishment of students has caused many problems and hurt students. This does exist. But I think students are less likely to have problems because of teachers' corporal punishment than corrupt officials, fraudulent businesses, fake drugs and fake seeds. Why do you pay so much attention? Because education is a century-long plan of the country, society attaches importance to it, leaders attach importance to it, and parents attach more importance to it. But is it really important? Pay attention to education or influence. The society is dissatisfied with teachers' gifts, but many parents take the initiative to find teachers to give gifts, in order to be better for their children. But have you ever thought that children are not good at learning or disciplining? Why? In normal times, when there is no problem, parents will not ask the teacher, nor will they ask their children about their school. When there is a problem, the teacher will know that he cares. This is still good. Others have problems and can't find their parents. Some parents once said that it doesn't matter whether students study or not as long as they don't have an accident at school. Is this still school? That won't be a nursery. A child is not a baby when he is older. If they don't study, their energy will definitely be used in other ways. It is inevitable that something will happen sooner or later. When something goes wrong, parents are busy giving gifts, solving problems and so on. This is also a good parent. What's more, if something goes wrong, they will find the school and hold them accountable. (True event: A middle school student had a conflict with Mr. Zhou. It is reported in the news that a teacher in a school used force to hurt students, and the students have always performed well. I really want to scold this reporter. If a teacher who is angry with his students tries to do it, how angry he will be with the teacher, but this reporter is so irresponsible and reports unilaterally because his parents found out. However, the news I got from the teacher's channel is different. Of course, there may be some distortions, but we must always understand from many aspects-beating did happen, but both teachers and students did it, and both sides were injured. What is this student like at ordinary times? I heard that he is a bad boy and often plays truant. That day, because of problems with other students, he wanted to throw a publicity blackboard from the school upstairs, and there was a contradiction with Mr. Zhou, and the students moved first. As a result, the media paid too much attention, and the school suspended classes for teachers and compensated students for more than 10 thousand yuan in medical expenses. ) So the teacher won't dare to stop the students from making mistakes. If they talk too much, they will run away from home and be hospitalized. Once, a primary school teacher hit a student's hand, and the student went to the hospital to check myocarditis and asked the teacher for compensation. Can such students become talents? If you touch it, something will happen. Whether it is made of mud or porcelain, it is difficult to touch. Parents care about students and are afraid of problems, but when problems arise, parents care about money, find the school to lose money, and find the teacher to be responsible-lose money. Of course, this situation is also a minority in schools, but it reflects a problem. Nowadays, parents sometimes value money more than children, so it is not surprising that students have problems. It is wrong for teachers to punish students, so it is right for students to threaten teachers with what the Education Bureau tells them. The teacher's practice is improper, but the starting point is good, or for the sake of students, starting from the overall situation. But let's consider it from the opposite side. What should teachers do if students make mistakes? Can language education alone change students? If it were that simple, there would be no prison or juvenile reformatory. A few days ago, a river's lake feud film was staged in front of a middle school in our city. Six or seven teenagers with sharp knives stabbed a student in the hospital and the perpetrators were taken to the police station. One of the murders was the loss of students in this school, and the others were the losses of students in other schools. The final result is reconciliation. These abusers even said, "If I had known that using a knife was so serious, I might as well use a stick." They made mistakes and didn't know how to repent, but their parents, teachers and police were so tolerant. It's called murder. Someone is hurt and bleeding. So it's over. The ending seems happy, but will these children really change? I don't think it's possible. Killing people can use money without any responsibility. If you can't do it in the future, solve it with money. Hit whoever annoys me or I don't like it. It's okay anyway. So, I don't agree with this. Students should be guided and treated with tolerance, but they should also be treated differently. Some can be educated by language, but some excessive behaviors must be punished and taken as a warning. Of course, there are also teachers who educate students that there are problems, which makes people angry. However, teachers are human beings and make mistakes. But we should also distinguish such teachers, and we should not kill them with a stick, otherwise it will make the teachers sad. It should be dealt with seriously, but teachers should also be given a chance to distinguish. This problem appears in two ways. Education is a big problem, which needs the attention and support from all walks of life. If strictly managed, it will be difficult to develop. Teachers need respect from all walks of life, especially students. Different regions, different experiences, different ideas and different viewpoints, so I talk to the teacher from my personal feelings, but my feelings are biased. Maybe some parents and educators don't agree, so you can express your opinion, because we are all for the good of our children and hope they have a good educational environment. I also want to find a good way to change some problems in teaching.
