There are 87 full-time classes with 3923 students, 297 full-time teachers and nearly 100 famous teachers.

The school was founded in 1995, formerly known as Ruian Vocational and Technical School, and 1999 was upgraded to a vocational secondary school. In the same year, it was awarded as Zhejiang First Class Key Vocational School, 200 1 National Key Secondary Vocational School, 20 1 Ruian Ruixiang and Ruian Feiyun Professional School.
