China Service Center for Studying Abroad is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Education, registered as a legal person of a public institution, mainly engaged in international exchange and cooperation in studying abroad, returning to China and studying in China, and has established good business cooperation relations with relevant institutions at home and abroad.

Covering a wide range of multi-fields, high-level and all-round one-stop services, such as passports and visas for public and public visiting groups, guarantee of overseas publicity services, overseas academic degree certification, application for research start-up funds, academic leave for overseas students, investment consultation for overseas students, Singapore government full scholarship programs, international education exhibitions, studying in China, self-funded study abroad agencies, and personnel file management.

Study abroad training base:

Since April 2007, China Service Center for Studying Abroad has established overseas study training bases in cooperation with Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Xi University of Foreign Studies, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Qingdao University, Tianjin Normal University, Hunan University, Xiamen University, Yunnan University, Wuhan University, China Youshi University (East China) and Suzhou University.

Students from overseas study training programs will study foreign language training and preparatory courses in domestic cooperative universities. After the phased study in China, eligible students can study abroad. After students register as students in foreign universities, they will continue to study corresponding courses in foreign universities and obtain foreign university degrees. Foreign universities will exempt the corresponding courses or credits according to the domestic study situation.
