History of Heilongjiang Institute of Education
Heilongjiang Institute of Education is an adult higher education institution officially approved by the Ministry of Education, with normal academic education and continuing education. It is a department-level unit led by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and in charge of the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province. The predecessor of Heilongjiang Institute of Education was the teaching and research section of the former Provincial Department of Education, the correspondence school for on-the-job training of primary school teachers and the provincial education administrative cadre school. 1959 12 18, Heilongjiang Provincial People's Committee formally approved the establishment of Heilongjiang Institute of Education. 1960 the teaching and research section of the former provincial education department and the correspondence college for on-the-job training of primary school teachers were separated from the college and Heilongjiang Normal University was established. 1962, the provincial teachers college was merged into the provincial education college. 1966, the correspondence part of the college was separated and Heilongjiang Correspondence Broadcasting College was established. During the Cultural Revolution, both families were forced to close down. At the end of 1973, the provincial editorial board approved the establishment of the provincial correspondence broadcasting college. 1978 10 the provincial government approved the merger of the teaching and research section of primary and secondary schools with the provincial education administrative cadre school to restore the provincial institute of education. 1In July, 979, the provincial party committee and the provincial revolutionary committee agreed to establish Heilongjiang Radio and TV University, which will be co-located with the Provincial Correspondence Broadcasting College. 1981may, the provincial government agreed that Heilongjiang radio and television university and the provincial correspondence broadcasting college should be established independently. At the end of 1983, the provincial government decided to merge the provincial correspondence broadcasting college into the provincial education college, and at the same time set aside part of the cadre training of the provincial education college to establish the Heilongjiang Provincial Education Administrative Cadre College. 1989 10, the provincial education administrative cadre college merged with the provincial education college. On April 4th, 2006, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government officially approved the Harbin Railway Secondary Vocational School affiliated to Harbin Railway Bureau to be merged into Heilongjiang Institute of Education. From June 5438 to February 2006, the office service company of the Provincial Education Department was merged into the Provincial Institute of Education.
