How to strengthen the style construction of public security organs under the new situation

In this new situation, how to strengthen the construction of the Party's ruling ability into the practice of public security work, effectively solve the outstanding problems in public security law enforcement, and firmly establish the purpose of "establishing police for the public and enforcing law for the people" has become an important topic that every public security policeman must seriously consider and solve. In this regard, our bureau focuses on the fundamental construction of the public security team and the long-term development of the public security cause, and puts the construction of organ style in a very important position. A leading group for centralized rectification of the discipline style of organs headed by Party Secretary and Director Comrade * * was specially set up. Comrade * *, member of the Municipal Bureau Party Committee and secretary of discipline inspection, served as the director of the office of the leading group, and the Municipal Bureau Commission for Discipline Inspection was specifically responsible for centralized rectification of the daily work of organs. By highlighting the theoretical armed forces, the public security police have further strengthened their ideals and beliefs, established a correct world outlook, outlook on life and morality, and firmly established the principle of "enforcing the law for the public". Second, adhere to the integration of theory with practice and guide the police to apply the basic principles of Marxism to the practice of public security work. Focusing on the theme of "building the police for the public and enforcing the law for the people", from the height of providing strong ideological and political guarantee and organizational guarantee for public security work, we should closely combine the requirements of "public security organs should improve their abilities in four aspects" put forward by Theory of Three Represents and General Secretary Hu Jintao, and strive to make new contributions to building a harmonious socialist society. Third, all police officers are required to emancipate their minds, seek truth from facts, firmly establish the concept of all-round, coordinated and sustainable development, correctly handle the major relations such as strike and protection, punishment and prevention, management and service, current and long-term, local and overall situation, unconditionally obey and serve the overall situation of economic construction, and unswervingly take defending socialist modernization and promoting the development of productive forces as the top priority of public security work. There are phenomena such as "unable to get in, ugly face, ugly words and difficult things", which have aroused strong dissatisfaction among the masses. In order to deeply analyze the existing problems, the municipal bureau organs have taken various forms to carry out self-examination to ensure that the rectification of discipline style does not go through the motions. First, the democratic life meeting of the party Committee was held to deeply analyze the problems existing in the discipline style of the party Committee.
