Publicity focus:

(a) pay attention to closely follow the established objectives of the reform of food safety supervision system, strengthen publicity and learning and exchange of experience, and promote food safety supervision departments at all levels, especially grass-roots food safety supervision departments, to further eliminate the shortcomings of the system and mechanism, strengthen supervision and law enforcement responsibilities, and gradually establish and improve a scientific food safety supervision system that is compatible with power, responsibility and ability.

(2) Pay attention to publicizing the law-abiding and trustworthy food production and business entities and their business behaviors, further promote the construction of social morality in the whole industry, consolidate and strengthen the value transmission mechanism linked with corporate responsibility, brand reputation and economic benefits, and promote the law-abiding industry atmosphere of Suntech.

(3) We should pay attention to the important role played by the publicity market in the resource allocation and behavior constraint of the food industry, and cultivate more spontaneous means of food safety market supervision.

(4) Pay attention to combining the Party's mass line education practice activities, mobilize the general public to actively participate in wisdom sharing and practical innovation, unblock the channels of information disclosure and public opinion expression, expand the channels of external linkage and social supervision, and improve the interface design and service for the whole society to participate in food safety collaborative governance. With more diversified participants, deeper awareness of the rule of law and wider scope of action, we will effectively promote the rapid development of food safety guarantee from local regulatory affairs to national governance.

Activity arrangement:

(1) Central level. The State Council Food Safety Office, together with 16 departments and units, organized and formulated the key activities and division of labor plan of the National Food Safety Publicity Week at the central level (see annex). All relevant departments and units arrange activities according to the requirements of the plan.

(2) Local level. The food safety offices at the provincial, city (prefecture) and county (city, district) levels, together with relevant departments and units at the same level, held publicity week activities on June 14, and actively planned, designed and organized publicity week activities in the local area with reference to the theme day form of ministries at the central level.

(3) Social level. All regions and relevant departments should mobilize and guide various social organizations and professional institutions to carry out in-depth food safety activities such as legal popularization, business training and warning education; It is necessary to encourage and support food industry associations and large and medium-sized food enterprises, and extensively carry out educational practice activities such as popularizing honesty knowledge for internal employees, news media and the public.

20 14 publicity week will continue to be held in the form of "home event+theme day of ministries and commissions": the home event at the central level will be held on the morning of June 10; From June 1 1 to June 22nd, 12 ministries and commissions will hold a "theme day for ministries and commissions" every day, and more than 70 theme activities will be carried out successively, including China Food Safety Forum, mobile application of popular science of "food and medicine", two-way open class for expert media, national urban media training camp, news propaganda visual communication training course and China International Food Safety and Innovation Technology Exhibition.
