In this interest chain, schools and scientific research institutions have become managers, especially those in power. Finally, all educational power and academic power are under their own control, and all educational and academic resources have become sources for themselves, their families and friends to enjoy. However, those bottom-level teachers and researchers who are really engaged in education and academic research can't get the educational resources and academic resources they deserve. They can only support their teaching, scientific research and hardships with the meager wages stipulated by the state, and even can only silently endure the suffering of the wage earners in power. Our research also found that the main reasons for the low quality of education at present are teaching, scientific research and management, which is an increasingly serious tragedy in China's current education system.
(D), teaching evaluation system
The original intention of teaching evaluation system is to supervise colleges and universities to improve teaching quality. However, contrary to expectations, the implementation of teaching evaluation led to the result contrary to its original intention:
1. Teaching evaluation lies not in teaching quality, but in teaching facilities.
2. Teaching evaluation is not to evaluate the teaching level, but to evaluate the preparation materials.
3. Teaching evaluation misleads the value orientation of teaching and scientific research, distracts teachers' teaching energy and researchers' research energy, misleads teachers' work to the preparation of superficial articles and evaluation materials, misleads researchers' work to plagiarism and evaluation materials, and there are few real teaching quality and original scientific research achievements. 4. According to the teaching evaluation standards, almost all colleges and universities blindly "introduce talents" in order to meet the standards. In order to introduce "professors" and "doctors", many colleges and universities give huge rewards to the introduced professors and doctors. These professors and doctors actually don't have real talents and practical knowledge, and some even don't have the most basic character, teaching level and academic level as teachers or researchers, but they can get real estate, cars and "research start-up funds" worth hundreds of thousands or even nearly one million yuan as soon as they enter school. On the contrary, teachers who have worked conscientiously in the front line for several years or even decades, have rich teaching experience and strong academic research ability, but they are suppressed and discriminated against. If you can't be a slave to those in power, you won't even get the most basic treatment, let alone publish academic resources such as academic research results.
