In 2000, he graduated from the International Law Department of Jilin University Law School with a bachelor's degree in law. In 2003, he graduated from the Law Department of the Graduate School of Jilin University with a master's degree in law, and stayed as a teacher in the same year. Now he is a doctoral student majoring in legal theory in Jilin University.
