How to promote the development of vocational guidance in colleges and universities
Adhere to full employment. The leaders in charge of the college regularly hold special meetings on employment guidance, study and deploy phased employment work, keep abreast of the latest employment situation, incorporate employment work into the annual work points of the college, formulate detailed employment work plans, and clarify work objectives and tasks. At the same time, the college has established a three-level responsibility system of college leaders, class teachers-graduate tutors and employment secretaries-counselors, giving full play to the guiding role of graduate class teachers and student tutors in employment work.

Do a good job in career guidance. The college adheres to the "whole-course employment guidance" and runs through the four-year education of the university. Since students entered the school, the college has paid close attention to employment education and adopted different guiding measures for different grades. Do a good job in guiding freshmen's career planning, establish a sense of career planning, and fill out the college students' career planning manual under the guidance of the class teacher; Do a good job in academic guidance for the second grade, pay attention to cultivating professional awareness and development trend, and encourage students to take relevant employment courses; In the third grade, do a good job in career analysis and talent demand guidance, improve employability and exchange students' experience; Graduating classes should do a good job in selection and vocational adaptation guidance to improve their adaptability; Postgraduates are educated in career planning from the beginning of the semester, and the tutor guides them all the time.

Ensure the professionalization of employment guidance. Actively invite well-known alumni, business managers, HR and other people with rich social work experience to serve as "guides" for student employment. In order to better refine the employment guidance work, the college has set up a counselor employment workshop, which is divided into four modules: postgraduate entrance examination, civil servants, going abroad and employment, and strengthened the professional classification guidance and management, and implemented it from top to bottom. Each module invites full-time teachers in the corresponding direction to teach professional courses. At the same time, the college's employment staff actively participate in training sessions in resume consultation, job interview and other directions, and strive to build a professional employment guidance team.

Promote the marketization of employment guidance. Employment guidance should not only provide services for students, but also face the market and understand the market demand. College employment staff used their holidays to actively visit Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places to explore the job market and invite enterprises to enter the campus. Hold a special job fair on economic management and continue to deepen school-enterprise cooperation.

Improve the informatization level of employment service. Timely release professional recruitment information through the employment center website, college website, official WeChat and QQ group to ensure full coverage of employment information and timely and accurate delivery of employment information to every student. Establish a class employment liaison system, hold an employment meeting every two weeks, make statistics on class employment, and keep abreast of the employment trends and employment situation of each student.
