Blended teaching has become one of the important ways to realize the supply-side reform of classroom teaching in colleges and universities, which embodies the transformation to the "learning-centered" teaching paradigm. From a practical point of view, at present, blended teaching in most colleges and universities in China is still in the exploratory stage. Focusing on the "seven pairs of relationships" that should be handled well in blended teaching, starting from the practical problems of blended teaching in colleges and universities, this paper expounds the implementation path to realize the high efficiency of blended teaching.
Blended teaching is the product of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching, which combines the convenience and individuality of online teaching with the interactivity and depth of offline teaching. Under the effective guidance of teachers, students learn from the shallow to the deep. At present, MOOCs of blended teaching in domestic universities mainly include two categories, namely, blended teaching based on massive open online courses and blended teaching based on other online teaching resources. As a new teaching method, blended teaching embodies the change of teaching philosophy and paradigm, and is one of the important means to improve the quality and efficiency of undergraduate teaching in China's universities at present and in the future.
The Ministry of Education launched the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for first-class undergraduate courses, and set up the category of "National Online and Offline Mixed First-class Courses" separately, which is also intended to encourage universities and teachers to carry out relevant theoretical research and practical exploration, thus promoting the "classroom revolution" in universities and implementing the "learning-centered" educational concept.
