Five prohibitions: 1. It is strictly forbidden to charge fees in violation of regulations, subscribe to or sell illegal teaching AIDS and school supplies to students; 2. It is forbidden to go to work after drinking, play mahjong during work hours, and participate in gambling and feudal superstition and cult activities; 3. Smoking, using communication tools and receiving visitors are prohibited in class; 4. It is forbidden to cheat in exams; 5. It is forbidden to reprimand, satirize, discriminate and insult students and their parents, and it is forbidden to corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form.
Ten noes: 1, no satire, sarcasm, discrimination, corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form; 2. Don't force students to buy study guidance materials, and don't sell goods to students; 3. Do not blame or reprimand the parents of students; 4. Don't use mobile phones or other communication tools in class; 5. Do not attend classes after drinking; 6. Do not engage in paid tutoring or a second occupation; 7. No empty classes, no procrastination and no homework. Parents of students are not allowed to accept property and use their positions and services for personal gain, and are not allowed to charge students any fees beyond the fees and standards set by their superiors.
Legal basis:
Article 8 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall fulfill the following obligations:
(1) Abide by the Constitution, laws and professional ethics, and be a model for others;
(two) to implement the national education policy, abide by the rules and regulations, implement the school's teaching plan, fulfill the teacher employment contract, and complete the education and teaching tasks;
(3) To educate students on the basic principles determined by the Constitution, patriotism and national unity, legal education, ideological and moral education, culture, science and technology education, and organize and lead students to carry out beneficial social activities;
(4) Caring for and caring for all students, respecting their personality and promoting their all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique;
(five) to stop acts harmful to students or other acts that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of students, and to criticize and resist phenomena harmful to the healthy growth of students;
(6) Constantly improve ideological and political awareness and the level of education and teaching.
