1. Renew the concept of education and consolidate the status of undergraduate teaching. With the theme of improving the quality of undergraduate talent training and innovating the mode of talent training, we carried out in-depth education and teaching seminars, further changed the concept of talent training and undergraduate education, and established the concept of all-round development, all-round talents, diversified talents, lifelong learning and systematic training, which further consolidated the central position of teaching and the basic position of undergraduate teaching.
2. Optimize the curriculum system and improve the quality of the curriculum. According to the principle of "overall planning, step-by-step implementation and overall improvement", focusing on the reform of theoretical teaching and experimental teaching content, we will vigorously implement the "curriculum construction project", deepen the reform of curriculum system and teaching content, carefully select and design the experimental teaching content and system with the cultivation of innovative ability as the core, establish a three-level four-year continuous practice curriculum system of "public foundation+professional improvement+scientific research innovation", and add innovative and entrepreneurial education courses. At present, 28 national and provincial excellent courses have been completed.
3. Deepen the teaching reform and innovate the training mode. According to the demand of social development for talents, we should adjust the orientation of professional talents training, revise the training plan of undergraduate professionals, implement a complete credit system, promote the reform of public basic courses, the reform of undergraduate graduation thesis (design) and the selection of teaching materials, and implement the undergraduate tutorial system to promote personalized development; Construct an extracurricular practical credit certification education system, promote the integration of professional education and practical education, and form the educational characteristics of benign interaction between discipline professional education and quality development activity education; Constantly innovating the characteristics of cooperative education in Industry-University-Research, building 144 off-campus teaching practice base, establishing the funding system for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and selecting a number of pilot projects to implement innovation and entrepreneurship education have promoted the coordinated development of students' knowledge, ability and quality.
4. Start the pilot reform of professional training mode. In order to further reflect the requirements of scientific and technological development, interdisciplinary and infiltration for personnel training, and highlight the needs of innovative personnel training with broad foundation, strong adaptability, wide professional caliber, strong comprehensive ability and high comprehensive quality, the school launched a pilot reform of personnel training mode for public administration and business administration. In this year's enrollment, these two majors are enrolled by professional category. After one year, students will choose their major again according to their interests and wishes.
5. Implement "characteristic plan" to meet the needs of students' personality development. Focusing on improving the quality of undergraduate teaching, the school promotes the comprehensive reform of talent training mode, and implements the pilot projects of "Excellent Legal Talents Training Plan", "Top-notch Innovative Talents Training Plan" and "International Exchange and Opening Plan" to build a good platform for students' personality development and meet their personality development needs.

Students who enter the experimental class of "Top-notch Innovative Talents Training Program" start classes separately to realize characteristic teaching.
