(9) soliciting or accepting property from students and their parents, or participating in banquets, tourism, entertainment and leisure activities funded by students and their parents, selling books, newspapers, supplementary materials and social insurance to students, or using parents' resources for personal gain.

Article 7 The treatment of teachers shall be decided according to the following authorities:

Teachers in private schools or teachers who are not included in the establishment management shall be decided by their schools to terminate the employment contract and reported to the competent education department for the record.

(IV) Give criticism and education, admonish conversation, order inspection, informed criticism and other treatments, and cancel the qualifications such as evaluation of awards, promotion of posts, evaluation of professional titles, employment of posts, salary promotion, and use of talents. According to the management authority, the school or the competent department of the teacher shall make a decision according to the seriousness of the case.

Article 8 The decision shall be informed to the teachers in writing, and the facts, reasons, basis, time limit, appeal channels and other contents shall be specified.
