(9) soliciting or accepting property from students and their parents, or participating in banquets, tourism, entertainment and leisure activities funded by students and their parents, selling books, newspapers, supplementary materials and social insurance to students, or using parents' resources for personal gain.

According to the management authority, the school or the competent department of the teacher shall make a decision according to the seriousness of the case.
