Graduates of 20 18-2020 with bachelor's degree or above from national "double-class" universities and foreign universities who are not employed in Shandong Province or have been employed outside Shandong Province.

Foreign universities refer to the internationally recognized top 200 universities among the world's three largest universities. (1) Registration

Those who have obtained academic degrees abroad must also upload the original photos of foreign academic degree certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. (2) Inquiring about the preliminary examination results of qualifications.
During the registration period, arrange a special person to conduct a preliminary qualification examination for the applicants. After the registration, the list of qualified personnel will be published on the website of Kenli District People's Government ().
Candidate qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction, and the results of preliminary qualification examination are not the final basis for determining employment qualifications. Where in the follow-up work, it is found that those who have passed the preliminary examination do not meet the qualification for entering the examination or resort to deceit, once verified, their examination and employment qualifications will be cancelled immediately.
(3) Prequalification examination
Applicants must bring their valid identity documents, academic degree certificates, electronic registration forms of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education, and registration forms of talents in urgent need and shortage introduced by institutions in Kenli District, Dongying City for on-site qualification examination within the specified time. Failure to submit relevant materials as required within the specified time shall be deemed as automatic waiver. Those who fail to meet the qualification conditions after examination shall be disqualified.

(4) Examination

Candidates in the same position with the same test scores will be re-examined, and the candidates for physical examination will be determined according to the re-examination results from high to low.

Applicants who resort to deceit or conceal diseases and medical histories that affect employment during physical examination will be rejected. Those who invite others to take the place of physical examination, exchange or replace the samples of laboratory sheets and other serious violations of discipline and discipline shall be dismissed, and their violations of discipline and discipline shall be recorded in the integrity files of candidates openly recruited by public institutions, and the retention period shall be five years. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant personally.
