Graduates of 20 18-2020 with bachelor's degree or above from national "double-class" universities and foreign universities who are not employed in Shandong Province or have been employed outside Shandong Province.

"Double first-class" universities shall be subject to the list of first-class universities published by the Ministry of Education and the list of disciplines listed by first-class discipline construction universities (see Annex 2 for details).

Foreign universities refer to the internationally recognized top 200 universities among the world's three largest universities. The latest ranking refers to the ranking in the year of graduation. If there is no ranking in the year of graduation, the latest ranking at the time of declaration shall prevail.

Third, the introduction conditions

(a) with People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, abide by the Constitution and laws, good conduct, adapt to the physical conditions of the post.

Persons who have received criminal punishment and been expelled from public office, persons who have been listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen, staff of government agencies and institutions who have not completed their service years (including probation period), and other persons who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the post, and the 2020 fresh graduates of part-time colleges and universities are not allowed to apply for the post on the condition that they have obtained academic degrees.

(1) Registration

(2) Inquiring about the preliminary examination results of qualifications.

During the registration period, arrange a special person to conduct a preliminary qualification examination for the applicants. After the registration, the list of qualified personnel will be published on the website of Kenli District People's Government ().

Candidate qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction, and the results of preliminary qualification examination are not the final basis for determining employment qualifications. Where in the follow-up work, it is found that those who have passed the preliminary examination do not meet the qualification for entering the examination or resort to deceit, once verified, their examination and employment qualifications will be cancelled immediately.

(3) Prequalification examination

Applicants must bring their valid identity documents, academic degree certificates, electronic registration forms of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education, and registration forms of talents in urgent need and shortage introduced by institutions in Kenli District, Dongying City for on-site qualification examination within the specified time. Failure to submit relevant materials as required within the specified time shall be deemed as automatic waiver. Those who fail to meet the qualification conditions after examination shall be disqualified.

(4) Examination

Candidates in the same position with the same test scores will be re-examined, and the candidates for physical examination will be determined according to the re-examination results from high to low.

Physical examination is generally carried out in county-level general hospitals. Physical examination standards and items are implemented according to Revision of General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Notice on Relevant Contents of Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065 438] 140), and others are subject to national regulations. Applicants who resort to deceit or conceal diseases and medical histories that affect employment during physical examination will be rejected. Those who invite others to take the place of physical examination, exchange or replace the samples of laboratory sheets and other serious violations of discipline and discipline shall be dismissed, and their violations of discipline and discipline shall be recorded in the integrity files of candidates openly recruited by public institutions, and the retention period shall be five years. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant personally.

(6) Employment publicity
