According to the Opinions, starting from 20 15, newly recruited graduate students with a master's degree in medicine and residents participating in standardized training for residents have "dual identities", and their clinical practice is consistent with the requirements of residents participating in standardized training for residents, so as to ensure that qualified graduates can obtain the Qualification Certificate for Medical Practitioners, the Qualification Certificate for Standardized Training for Residents, and the Graduate Graduation Certificate. Starting from the enrollment in 20 15 years, the 7-year clinical medical education will be fully adjusted to the "5+3" integrated clinical medical talent training model. After students have completed the five-year course and passed the examination, they can enter the postgraduate study stage of medical master's degree without examination and be included in the postgraduate enrollment plan of the training unit that year.
In addition, we will carry out a pilot project to closely link the training of doctoral students in clinical medicine with the standardized training system for specialists, and gradually establish a "5+3+X" system, where X is the number of years required for standardized training for specialists or postgraduate education in clinical medicine.
